Design Services

With our in-house design team, we personally deal with our clients throughout the design conceptualization stage and the actual rendering of designs. This is to give them a virtual walkthrough of the design ideas and to allow them to visualize the project outcome. Painting

Corner Stone’s proficiency in painting has been proven to be one of those in the industry that deliver excellent quality in coating outputs, may it be water or oil-based, epoxy or acrylic type.

Gypsum board or commonly known as drywall is a panel product that has been broadly used for walls and ceilings. At Corner Stone, we produce a variety of innovative and creative designs and installations for Gypsum boards for decorative and renovation options.

We fabricate and install regular/non-fire rated and fire-rated, shaft liner drywalls, which are mold and

moisture resistant for factory-built houses paneling andceiling installation system.

Corner Stone designs, fabricates, and installs various steel products such as steel waiting sheds, ramps, handrails, gates, steel flag poles, steel car parking sheds, steel statues, etc.

Civil Work

We build public utilities and recreational infrastructures such as public restrooms, bus stops, and playgrounds. Water fountains is also one of the civil works we design to fabricate and build.

Plastering

Plastering is one of our expertise. We execute various plastering methods – from the traditional manual cement plaster application to the latest spray plastering. These methods provide walls and ceilings of with protective coating.

More than the protection it provides, plastering is also done for molding and casting decorative foundations. We do a variety of texture finishes to suit each project’s unique requirement – from smooth finishing to light to heavy dashes, from California and Santa Barbara finishing to Spanish and English, from fine to heavy sand finish stucco.

Corner Stone also supplies and installs concrete and plastic barriers, plastic road cones, and permanent and temporary road

markers or reflectors for road safety. These products are important and useful to outline travel lanes and enhance roadway markings especially if there are ongoing construction works. The markers we provide are highly effective and have long-lasting visibility especially at night and during rainy weather.
